More then ever we are longing for creativity, freedom, stimuli and surprises. That is why we have blended ingredients, cultures and rituals. We combined the traditional Japanese sushi, with our own Dutch twist on the classic: and came up with Crushi, the crunchy sushi.

This is our Chili Zhrimps Crushi, filled with avocado and plant-based Zhrimps based on seaweed extract, with a fresh and spicy chili sauce. 🥑🦐

Preparation is quick and simple in the oven, air fryer or deep fryer. After cooking the Crushi, slice the roll in 6 equal parts with a serrated knife. After that, the only thing left to do is to add colour with fresh veggies or a vibrant tableware presentation.
