Crushi is the perfect snack and a guaranteed success with drinks, parties and festivals. Crushi is easy to prepare and easy to scale up quickly because Crushi stays crunchy for 3 hours after preparation. Straight out of the freezer, deep-fry Crushi for 4 minutes at 175°C in vegetable oil. Let Crushi rest for 5 minutes before cutting the rolls in 6 equal pieces with a serrated knife. Top off your Crushi with your favourite vegetables or cresses and drizzle your favourite sauces over your Crushi. You have a choice between our three vegan sauces Soy glaze, Sweet pepper sauce or Wasabi flavoured sauce.
